Safran Helicopter Engines - Hybrid-electric propulsion

Hybrid-electric technologies are one of the three pillars of Safran Helicopter Engines' strategy to reduce the carbon footprint of its engines, along with gas turbine optimization and sustainable aviation fuels. For its new-generation engines, due to enter service from 2030, Safran Helicopter Engines aims to make available all the technologies needed to halve their CO2 emissions.
