Bernard Delpit, Chief Financial Officer, also responsible for Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate, has been appointed Group Deputy CEO, effective January 14, 2021.

As previously announced, Safran's Board of Directors appointed Olivier Andriès Chief Executive Officer of Safran as of January 1, 2021.
The Board of Directors also co-opted (appointment) Olivier Andriès as director, as of January 1, 2021, on the position made available by Philippe Petitcolin; the latter, in accordance with his commitment, having made his mandate available to the Board of Directors to allow the co-option of his successor.
The world we live in is becoming more and more digital, and the same goes for the solutions, products and services that Safran provides. These smart products and services, which are used in processing information, are therefore becoming increasingly exposed to cyber threats. Cybersecurity for both civil and military products is a key focus for the Group, and a way for us to guarantee both performance and quality.
To bring all skills related to additive manufacturing together in one place: that's the stated aim of the new Safran Additive Manufacturing Campus being constructed in Le Haillan, near Bordeaux. "We have a twofold goal," explains CEO François-Xavier Foubert.
