Monica received her Juris Doctor degree from the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, Germany, and her Master of Laws degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. She began her career as an associate with the international law firm Jones Day. After being admitted to the California State bar, Monica joined the company in 2008 and has held various legal positions with progressive responsibilities, leading to her most recent role as EVP General Counsel & Compliance in January 2023.
