Expertise and experience

Nathalie started her career in Air Inter in 1992 as an engineer in the Network and Strategy Department. From 1997 she held various positions in Air France Network Department, then in the commercial organization. She was Corporate Social Responsability VP for Air France between 2007 and 2009, then took the position of Air France Revenue management and Pricing SVP in 2010. Appointed to the Executive Committee of Air France in 2013, she became SVP Network Strategy for Air France KLM group the same year. After being Chief of Staff for the Group CEO between 2014 and 2015, she was Transavia France CEO between 2016 and 2023 and then became special advisor to the Group CEO on the decarbonization strategy of Air France KLM. In September 2023, she joined Safran as Safran Chief Sustainability Officer and Executive Committee member.

Nathalie Stubler, 54, is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (1987) and Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (1992).
