Philippe Pauliac

Philippe Pauliac is gratuated from ESCP Business School, with a master in management in human resources and organization. He began his career at PSA Groupe in different HR functions in the headquarter and in a plant. In 1999, he joined General Motors as HR Manager and then HR Director for France. He worked then for 3 years as HR Director for Tréca/Dunlopillo before joining Zodiac Aerospace Group as HR Director of Zodiac Aero Electric in 2008. In 2012, he was appointed as HR Director for France. In February 2018, he took also the HR function of the holding of Zodiac Aerospace. In October 2018, Philippe was appointed as Director of the HR Integration Workstream in the teams in charge of the integration of Zodiac Aerospace into Safran.

In February 2020, Philippe is appointed as VP Human Resources and Communication of Safran Transmission Systems.
