Safran Nacelles, Vice President Human and Social Responsibilities

Expertise and experience

Aude Nizan holds a master’s degree in Quality Management from the French National School Arts et Métiers in 2005. She began her career in Siemens as airworthiness quality engineer and joined Sagem* in 2010. First she was responsible for MRO quality department and then Quality Manager for CoE Electronics Calculators.

In 2016, she got a Black Belt certification and became Human Factors Manager, coordinating this approach in all Safran Electronics and Defense's sites.

From 2018 to 2021, Aude managed the Quality Department of Safran Aircraft Engines Mexico based in Querétaro and joined in 2021 the Gennevilliers plant as site Director. In 2023, Aude Nizan was appointed Director of Safran Nacelles’ Vice President Human and Corporate Responsibilities.
