Expertise and experience

CEO of Safran Seats, Vincent Mascré holds a master's in economic sciences (1980) and is a graduate from the Ecole Centrale de Paris engineering school (1980) and the Insead business school (2002). He joined the Group in 1981 as advanced projects engineer with Snecma (now Safran Aircraft Engines). After holding several positions in production and management control, he was named deputy director of purchasing. He was then appointed general manager of the Gennevilliers plant in 2002, becoming head of Snecma's rotating parts center of industrial excellence in 2006. He held this position until 2008, when he joined Aircelle (now Safran Nacelles) as Executive Vice President. He was named Chairman and CEO of Aircelle in 2009, then CEO of Messier-Bugatti-Dowty (now Safran Landing Systems) in 2013 before joining Safran Seats as CEO in 2018.
