Marjolaine Grange

Marjolaine Grange started her career with Framatome as project manager. She moved to Snecma (now Safran Aircraft Engines) in 1999 within the Materials & Processes Division, where she held several management positions. In 2008 she joined Safran to contribute to the creation of the Materials & Processes Division and Safran Composites. Marjolaine Grange returned to Snecma in 2013 as head of the Materials & Processes Division, before being named in 2015 head of the composites center of excellence, dedicated to the design and production of composite parts for the LEAP engine. In 2019, she was named Head of the compressors, combustors and structures center of excellence and in 2020, Executive Vice President, Quality, Improvement and Digital Transformation of Safran Aircraft Engines. In May 2022, she became Safran Executive Vice President, Production, Purchasing and Performance.
