Gil-Eric Fabre

Graduated from ESIEE school in Paris and from the HEC Executive MBA, Gil-Eric began his career in 1996 as Quality and Operations manager in the industrial cabling sector, then director of a medical equipements factory in the United States. In 1999, he was appointed industrial project manager in Czech Republic, Denmark and China then joined, in 2002, the Industrial Division of Snecma*, first as project manager of the Supply Chain, then production manager.

In 2009, he has been appointed as Managing Director of Snecma HAL Aerospace pvt ltd, based in Bangalore, India, before becoming General Manager of the Safran Aircraft Engines plant in Suzhou in 2014.

In 2018, he returned to France as Director of the Processes & Development Manufacturing Center of Excellence before being appointed Industrial Operations Director of Safran Nacelles Le Havre and Deputy Industrial Director in 2019.

In 2023, Gil-Eric was named Safran Nacelles’ Vice President - Industrial Operations.
