Expertise and experience

As of September 1^st 2022, Eric DUBOIS is appointed Director of Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation at Safran Transmission Systems.

Eric has an Engineering Masters degree in Physics-Mathematics-Electronics and an MBA from INSEAD.

He began his professional career in Valeo and also held positions in Quality & Program management with Matra Automobile, Renault and Nissan. Eric obtained his Master Black Belt certification in Lean-Sigma at Renault Consulting where he was responsible for Lean-Sigma, Purchasing and G&A. Eric joined Safran Group as Manager of Industrial and Excellence Methodologies in Safran Consulting. In 2014, he was nominated as Safran Landing Systems Wheels and Breaks Division Continuous Improvement & Quality Director then in 2020 joint Safran Cabin as VP Quality. Eric also held Safran Group representation as voting member at IAQG (International Aerospace Quality Group).
