Expertise and experience

Cesar Diaz de Leon joined Safran in 1996 and has held several positions of progressive responsibility. He was appointed CEO of EZ Air, a joint venture of Safran Cabin and Embraer in 2018. Since 2022, Cesar is also Executive Vice President of the Safran Cabin Operations in Mexico. 

Cesar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Technological Institute of Chihuahua.
