Laurence Chomette

A graduate of Compiègne University of Technology, Laurence Chomette began her career as Product Development Project Manager, then Quality and Development Manager for the Bongrain group. In 1996, she joined Plastic Omnium in the automotive sector as Quality Manager, and in 1998 joined Hispano Suiza Aérostructures* at the Le Havre site.

She successively held the positions of Quality Manager and Methods Manager, before turning to Human Resources in 2005, when she created the Aircelle Management School. In 2007, Laurence set up a business unit dedicated to RTM landing gear struts, and in 2012 took over responsibility for a project to eradicate non-quality in production and development.

In 2017, she became Director of the A330neo program, then in 2020, Director of the Airbus Programs Division, including the A320neo program.

In 2023, Laurence Chomette was appointed Vice President Quality of Safran Nacelles.
