In addition to its own MRO network, the OEM Safran Nacelles has developed an A320neo / LEAP-1A nacelles MRO network under license with ST Engineering, Air France Industries KLM E&M and Lufthansa Technik in order to meet the needs of a growing fleet. The objective is to adapt our capacity and reactivity to offer an even better service to the operators.

Safran Aircraft Engines provides comprehensive and coordinated customer support for the commissioning and operation of CFM56®, GE90, GP7200, SaM146® and LEAP® engines. We count on our teams that stay in permanent touch with customers, as well as a global network of MRO facilities.

At Safran Power Units, our priority is to satisfy our civil and military OEM and operator customers through reliable products and appropriate services.
The Customer Support organization at Safran Power Units guarantees the coordination of technical support operations and commercial activities with customers.
All commercial contracts, replacement equipment or repair agreements on sales, and the various service needs are managed by the Safran Power Units Sales Services Operators team.

Located around the world in close proximity to its customers, the Safran Aerosystems after-sales network is able to deliver spare parts quickly and respond to repair requirements, technical questions and requests for customized services for all product ranges.
