The MS1000 is the best in class capacitive Bulk MEMS accelerometer, specifically designed for inertial applications. Its excellent long term bias and scale factor repeatability, low in-run bias, excellent behavior in vibration (VRE) and low noise allow very accurate and cost effective tactical grade measurements.
The MS1000L product is a cost-effective MEMS capacitive accelerometer based on a bulk micro-machined silicon element specifically designed for highest stability. The product is low power, fully calibrated, robust up to 6’000 g and extremely stable.
The new MS1000T is the best in class high temperature MEMS Accelerometer specifically designed for inertial directional drilling applications. It offers the highest performance stability with shock resistance, as well as the lowest non-linearity and noise in the marketplace for MEMS.

SI1000 is a high-end capacitive MEMS accelerometer specially designed for Strong Motion Class B seismic measurements.
STIM202 is a 3-axis shock capable, tactical grade, affordable, robust and reliable, ultra high performance MEMS gyro module. STIM202 is designed with internal shock absorbers for operation in environments with high shocks and vibration.
STIM210 is a small, tactical grade, affordable, robust, reliable and configurable ultra-high performance MEMS gyro module with up to 3 axes. Electronic axis alignment is standard.
STIM277H is a small, tactical grade, affordable, robust, reliable and configurable ultra-high performance MEMS gyro module with up to 3 axes packaged in a hermetic enclosure. Electronic axis alignment is standard.
STIM300 is an ITAR free small, tactical grade, low weight, high performance non-GPS aided Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU). It contains 3 highly accurate MEMS gyros, 3 high stability accelerometers and 3 inclinometers. The IMU is factory calibrated and compensated over its entire operating temperature range.
STIM318 is an ITAR-free, small, tactical grade, low weight, high performance non-GPS aided Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) with greatly improved accelerometer performance. It contains 3 highly accurate MEMS gyros, 3 ultra-high stability accelerometers and 3 inclinometers. The IMU is factory calibrated and compensated over its entire operating temperature range.

It contains 3 highly accurate MEMS gyros, 3 high stability accelerometers and 3 inclinometers. The IMU is factory calibrated and compensated over its entire operating temperature range.
VS1000 is a high-end capacitive MEMS accelerometer, specially designed for vibration measurements from DC to medium frequencies.
Thanks to low noise, resistance to repetitive high shocks and insensitivity to temperature environments VS1000 guarantees confident and accurate vibration measurements in rugged environments.
