Certified in December 2014, the Arriel 2N is one of the latest variant of the Arriel family. It powers the Airbus AS565MBe Panther. Seventeen per cent more powerful than the Arriel 2C, it is the most powerful Arriel variant.
The Arrius 2B2 powers the Airbus H135. With a take-off power of 633 shp and a cruise power of 580 shp, it is one of the most powerful variants in the Arrius range.
The Arrius 2R is designed to deliver performance and power within the 500 shp range, while improving safety and lowering pilot workload via the dual-channel FADEC (Full Authority Digital Engine Control). It is the only turbine in the power range with this feature.

Expert Link service is used in more than 40 countries and allows all customers, from anywhere, to connect through a secure and live video feed with Safran Helicopter Engines experts to facilitate technical diagnosis or guide them through a maintenance task.
The HAS-Arriel 2L2 is co-developed by Safran Helicopter Engines and Hanwha Aerospace, which will license-produce units and will also be responsible for the MRO. It powers the Korea Aerospace Industries LAH (Light Armed Helicopter).
Engine Health Monitoring allows helicopter operators to track the engine life parameters and implement predictive maintenance actions to prevent unplanned events.
Intended for nine-to-twelve ton heavyweight helicopters, the Makila 2 engine spans a power range of between 1,800 and 2,100 shp. It powers all Airbus Helicopters H215 and H225 variants.
MTR390 is installed in all Airbus Tiger attack helicopter variants (HAP, HAD, and ARH). The development of the MTR390 is the result of a partnership between MTU Aero Engines, Rolls-Royce, ITP Aero and Safran Helicopter Engines.
Safran’s RTM322 is a 2,100 to 2,600 shaft horsepower engine designed for ten-to-fifteen tons helicopters. State-of-the-art technologies enable it to perform in extremely demanding environments.
