The Customer Support organization at Safran Power Units guarantees the coordination of technical support operations and commercial activities with customers.
All commercial contracts, replacement equipment or repair agreements on sales, and the various service needs are managed by the Safran Power Units Sales Services Operators team.

Safran Power Units has specifically designed the eAPU to meet the highest requirements of "more-electric" and "all-electric" new-generation aircraft, helicopters and UAVs.

The Noëlle 180 turbo-starter provides independent starting for the M53 engine in the Mirage 2000 aircraft and thereby eliminates the requirement for ground power. It uses the energy resources available on board the aircraft: main engine fuel and electrical power from the batteries. The turbo-starter drives the main engine up to the optimal ignition speed, then provides assistance during acceleration up to starter cutout speed at about main engine idling speed. The sequence takes approximately 30 seconds.

Our engineers and representatives provide OEM-certified solutions for APU maintenance matters. PowerCare is available to any operator owning a Bizjet. Customers may choose from two distinct plans, Classic or Premium.
