Thanks to its day/thermal image fusion capability, VIGEO improves target detection and acquisition during observation phases. Its gyrostabilized line-of-sight improves firing accuracy.
A compact and gyrostabilized multisensory sight
VIGEO is equipped with a cooled thermal imager, providing long-range identification, as well as a TV channel, a Laser Range Finder and a Laser Pointer. Made up of an electronic unit and a stabilized head to support the optical payload, this medium range sight is a versatile, modular and scalable equipment. Compact and lightweight, it is ideal for upgrade and new land vehicle programmes.
