Our industrial product families are used in a variety of harsh applications, such as Structural or Machine Health Monitoring, challenging drilling applications (MWD, RSS), very low noise seismic recorders.

The MS1000T, SI10000 accelerometer and VS1000 vibration sensors are industrial product families applications where a high sensitivity is required in harsh environment. Our MEMS accelerometers are of proven design used in a variety of applications, such as the machine tools, precision machining vibration measurements and on-shore and off-shore sectors like drilling or wind energy.

The MS1000T MEMS high temperature accelerometer is specifically designed for very precise drilling applications.

It offers the highest performance repeatability with shock resistance, as well as the lowest non-linearity and noise in the MEMS marketplace.

The MS1000T accelerometer covers challenging oil & gas drilling applications, like MWD or directional drilling, with operational temperature range going up to +175°C
