The Safran Landing Systems Service Centers for the America zone are located in the USA and Mexico. Thanks to its state-of-the-art installations and its high-level teams, the Safran Landing Systems MRO network offers operators a wide range of maintenance, repair and overhaul services for landing gear, braking systems, wheels and hydraulic systems. Its workshops have a wide range of capabilities, especially surface treatments, which limits outside subcontracting and reduces treatment time. The optimized part flow also contributes to reducing treatment time to the minimum.

The Safran Landing Systems MRO network for the America zone maintains and repairs a wide range of landing gears: Airbus A320, A300, A310 family, Bombardier CRJ, Challenger, DHC8, Boeing 737NG, Dassault Falcon, ATR and BBJ. For the hydraulic systems, the MRO network handles Safran Landing Systems’ products as well as those of other OEMs, and also the manufacture of bushings.

A wide range of maintenance, repair and overhaul services

The Safran Landing Systems MRO network in Asia offers operators a wide range of maintenance, repair and overhaul services for landing gear, braking systems, wheels and hydraulic systems. Its workshops have high-level installations including specialized equipment and an upstream treatment zone. The MRO installations in Asia are compliant with all the applicable airworthiness requirements, including CAAS, CAAC, EASA, FAA and other approvals, and are entirely certified to EN 9100 and ISO 14001 standards. 

Thanks to Safran Landing Systems’ investments in its MRO workshops in Asia, very highly specialized operations can be performed on site: chromic acid anodizing, hard chromium plating, electrolytic nickel plating, cadmium plating, shot peening, glass bead peening, fluorescent dye penetrant inspection, magnetic particle inspection, nital etch inspection, chemical burnishing, Barkhausen noise analysis, stainless steel passivation, Sermetel, Sermetel W or Rilsan coating.

The Safran Landing Systems MRO network in Asia intervenes on the Airbus A380, A340, A350, A330, A321, A320, A319, A318, A310, Boeing 777, 737NG, 787 family, DeHavilland DHC8 programs. It also maintains and repairs electrical, hydraulic and LRU systems.
