In-service events can cause unexpected damages to landing gears, leading to an AOG.
In this situation, we support our customers with a dedicated stock of serviceable landing gears and LRUs, subject to stock availability.
The lease agreement will provide available spare landing gear for a lease at the location the aircraft is AOG, while the damaged gear will be repaired within our MRO worldwide network.

Incident Support Package
To complete the lease service coverage, Safran Landing Systems also provides a customer-tailored landing gear insurance with minimized costs, covering hard landings, towing and off-runway incidents.
This service minimizes the operational and financial impact of unscheduled events. It is a concept of personalized landing gear insurance that covers hard landings, towing incidents and runway excursions.
Partnering with us means that you will benefit from preferential commercial conditions in case of a needed lease. With the incident support package, you keep your cost under control and get preferential commercial terms: special lease fee, lease to purchase option, no recertification fee.
