A wide range of solutions and applications

Designed for commercial, regional, business and military aircraft and helicopter engines, the Safran Aerosystems high-pressure ducting and component offer includes hydro-formed bellows and trim control systems, ball joints and gimbals, BOA® metal hoses, rigid or articulated ducting, telescopic ducting, and thermal and acoustic insulation components. It benefits from unique know-how in terms of modeling and design, which enables it to adapt to small spaces and harsh environments. High-performance ducting is also based on proven knowledge of titanium and Inconel.

Next generation components for fluid system

The next generation of components for fluid systems developed by Safran Aerosystems includes nano-ball joints and gimbals that are lighter (a weight reduction of up to 50%) and smaller, minimizing the pressure loss and noise generated by air flow in pneumatic systems. Corrugated metal hoses and encapsulated, metal or flexible thermal insulation are also developed to meet customer specifications.
