ECOSI - clip-on SWIR imager for soldiers night vision devices
The ECOSI SWIR Imager increases the effectiveness of legacy and recently fielded night vision devices (NVDs) by overlaying a SWIR image onto a night vision scene. It can be used to see laser markers and designators during day and night operations.

NIGHT VISION ENHANCEMENT AND VISUAL AUGMENTATION SYSTEMS
The compact and lightweight ECOSI can be attached to NVDs in a few seconds without tools thanks to a simple bracket. Thus, there is no need to modify any existing hardware.
The ECOSI consumes very little power, allowing for extended runtime on a single battery and its construction allows it to withstand the harshest environments.
ECOSI provides two observation modes:
