Engineering Services by Safran Electrical & Power

Safran Electrical & Power provides customized services to perform complex electrical analysis, address customer’s specs, help our customers to improve the efficiency of their utilisation and operation. Our know-how on aircraft electrical architectures guarantees continuity and agility throughout the aircraft life-cycle.
For example, Safran Electrical & Power has worked hand to hand with operators to perform complex electrical analysis on the A350 to adapt the configuration file based on the customer needs. Our services can include:

Preventive Maintenance

Safran Electrical & Power can perform the appropriate level of technical, statistical, reliability analysis to guide the customer with its choice of preventive maintenance program and/or implementation of retrofit modification, and upgrade.
This is done through eReliability and AIMS (Age Information Monitoring Systems), two tools developed by Safran Electrical & Power to help customer to make the best decisions based on facts.
Power Care Agreement

Power by the Hour (PBH)
Safran Electrical & Power offers to manage its services by the hour. A turnkey solution to manage your budget more effectively on a long-term basis with payment based on the number of hours you expect to fly you aircraft. This type of agreement provides flexibility while enhancing the asset residual value.
