This new campus will provide training in aerospace jobs, from vocational certificates to a college degree, especially for helicopter and light aircraft maintenance. Starting in September 2016, it will offer different apprenticeship-based training courses concerning aircraft support functions: logistics, maintenance, safety and quality management systems, aeronautical regulations, etc.
Within the scope of this agreement, Safran pledges to deploy an annual action plan allowing students to be welcomed by Group companies, for internships or work-study schemes, and giving them the possibility of employment after completing their training course. Through this partnership, Safran once again demonstrates its strong commitment to supporting the professional integration of young people.
For a number of years now, Safran has invested heavily in the development of work-study programs and internships, which are excellent vectors for encouraging the professional integration of young people.
