Serge Pons named President of Safran Ventilation Systems
Serge Pons has spent his entire carrer in the Group, he joined Hispano-Suiza1 in 1990 where he became successively Methods Manager, Programs Manager and Production Manager until 1999. Then he was named Director of Production at Labinal² before moving to Snecma Services3 in 2002 as Purchasing improvement Manager, and becoming Vice President Purchasing in 2003. Then, he joined Messier-Bugatti4 in 2006 as Director of Industrial development for the Wheels and Brakes business division, and was appointed Vice-President Purchasing in 2008.
Since 2011, he was Executive Vice President of the Systems Equipment Division of Messier-Bugatti-Dowty4.
Serge Pons, 54, graduated from the ENSAM Engineering school (1988).
