Safran announces the adjustment of the conversion ratio of its bonds convertible into and/or exchangeable for new and/or existing shares of Safran due 1 April 2028

Safran announces the adjustment of the conversion ratio of its bonds convertible into and/or exchangeable for new and/or existing shares of Safran due 1 April 2028 (ISIN FR0014003Z32) (the “2028 OCEANEs” and each a “2028 OCEANE”).
On 23 May 2024, Safran shareholders’ meeting approved the distribution of a dividend of €2.20 per share, the ex-date of which is 28 May 2024 and the record date of which is 29 May 2024 .
Consequently, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the 2028 OCEANEs, Aether Financial Services, acting as calculation agent of the 2028 OCEANEs, has calculated that the conversion ratio of the 2028 OCEANEs, previously set at 1.003 Safran shares for 1 2028 OCEANE, is adjusted to 1.009 Safran shares for 1 2028 OCEANE.
This new conversion ratio will be effective as of 30 May 2024.
As at 28 May 2024, all 4,035,601 2028 OCEANEs issued remain outstanding.
