With Online SBH®, Safran Helicopter Engines Support By the Hour service goes digital

Paris Air Show, Le Bourget, 19 June 2019

Safran Helicopter Engines introduces Online SBH®, a new solution allowing customers to manage their SBH® contract online.

Thanks to Online SBH®, all the benefits of SBH® – predictability, flexibility and cost control – are now accessible anytime, anywhere, from any device.

With its user-friendly interface, Online SBH® displays customer’s engines fleet and gives an immediate access to its SBH® contract characteristics and coverage. It is specifically designed to help customers to report easily and quickly its flight hours, and offers the possibility to monitor the data history thanks to an intuitive graphical analysis tool.

Olivier Le Merrer, Safran Helicopter Engines EVP Support and Services commented: “With Online SBH®, Safran Helicopter Engines offers a fully secured digital tool to ease the daily interactions between our customers and their Customer Service Representatives. One example: they share all together the same information anytime about the engine fleet and its usage.”

Safran Helicopter Engines is proud to rely on Helicopters Italia, TUAG and Aero Asahi Corporation to launch Online SBH® since Paris Air Show 2019. It will be gradually rolled out this year. Its availability may vary depending on users’ geographical location and organization compatibility.
