Lufthansa Technik signs CBSA for CFM LEAP engines

• First overhauls expected in 2019

HAMBURG, Germany — 7 March 2018 — CFM International and Lufthansa Technik today completed a CFM Branded Service Agreement (CBSA) for the support CFM of LEAP-1A engines. 

Under the terms of the CBSA, Lufthansa Technik becomes part of the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) network for LEAP-1A engines.
