Safran Electrical & Power announces several appointments to its management team as of July 1, 2022:

Bruno Bellanger, Executive Vice-President and General Manager of the Power division of Safran Electrical & Power as of July 1, 2022

Bruno Bellanger is appointed as Executive Vice-President and General Manager of the Power division and a member of Safran Electrical & Power’s Executive Committee. He succeeds Hervé Blanc, who is leaving Safran to pursue personal goals.

After joining Airbus as an air-ground communications systems engineer, and Scalian as a project manager, Bruno Bellanger joined Safran in 2004 as manager of the Safran Electronics & Defense agency in Toulouse, dedicated to Airbus A380 support. In 2005, he took responsibility for the software development of the A380 and A400M lines, and in 2007, became Head of the Aircraft Information Systems program. In 2008, he was entrusted with managing the GADIRS Program (A400M navigation system) and, in November 2011, was appointed Program Vice President of the Avionics Division. In March 2016, he joined Safran Aircraft Engines as General Manager of Large Commercial Engines. Since 2017, he has been Programs Executive Vice-President at Safran Helicopter Engines.

Bruno (45 years old) is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace (Isae-Supaéro - 2001).

Cécile Dubrovin, President of Safran Engineering Services as of July 1, 2022

Cécile Dubrovin has been appointed President of Safran Engineering Services and a member of the Safran Electrical & Power Executive Committee. She takes over from Valentin Safir, who has been called to other roles at Safran.

Cécile began her career in 1994 at Thales Microwave & Imaging Subsystems, where she successively held the positions of R&D and test engineer, then program manager, Head of Projects and Customer Service department, and lastly Bids and Projects Director, for high-energy physics markets, satellites and air defense. In 2010, she joined Thales Avionics, where she held the position of A350XWB Integrated Modular Avionics Director of Computer Platform Projects, then Director of Core Computer Product Lines for the avionics market. Since 2013, she has been Executive Vice-President & General Manager of the “On-Board and Testing” business unit of Safran Data Systems.

Cécile (50 years old) is a graduate of Grenoble INP (1994) and the Paris Institut d’Administration des Entreprises (1999).
