The teams at XIESA*, the Chinese maintenance and repair center created by Safran Landing Systems and China Eastern Airlines, proudly celebrated the delivery of the first set of landing gear (main and nose) for a Boeing 737 NG undergoing standard overhaul.

This major milestone marks the kick-off for the operational activities of the XIESA center, less than a year after its entry into service. It demonstrates its ability to meet the needs of Chinese airlines operating Boeing 737 NG aircraft for the repair, maintenance and overhaul of their landing gear. Eventually, the XIESA center will also work on the landing gear for the Airbus A320 family
