Women committed to making a difference!

Why did you choose the aeronautics industry?
I hope that young women will increasingly see what I do in the Aerospace industry: it’s not only a job – it’s a calling, a trade, a family.
Giving meaning to my job by participating in the manufacture of essential equipment.
I chose to become an engineer because I liked math and science, but I wanted to be able to apply that in a practical way, be close both development and delivery of a product to its end user.
Every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities.
The level of technology we work with is fascinating.
Regardless of our role, we all contribute to the same journey. This creates strong bonds within teams. One way or another, everyone shares the same end goal.
The opportunity to evolve in different roles.
What if it were you?
