VEGA launch system contract

Safran Aero Boosters has entered into a contract with Avio to start developing valves for the VEGA-E launch system's upper-stage LOx/Methane-fueled rocket engine. Safran Aero Boosters is specialized in flow regulation valves for space propulsion. Involved in all major liquid propulsion projects in Europe, Safran Aero Boosters is a partner with the ArianeGroup for the Ariane 6 and is taking part in the ETID-1 and Prométhée programs.
