Training: Safran Engineering Services is Qualiopi certified
Safran Engineering Services has just obtained its Qualiopi certification. Mandatory as of 1 January 2022, this attests to the quality of its offer in terms of skills development and will allow the companies it provides training for to access public and mutual funds. Let's find out more.
"Safran Engineering Services has been providing training since the 1990s. We are also an official g organization since 2018,” explained Emmanuel Sermadiras, head of external training. As of November, the company has reached a new milestone: it obtained its Qualiopi certification. "This new certification is mandatory if the companies in which we operate want to be eligible for state funding,” continued Sermadiras.
To obtain this certification, Safran Engineering Services had to meet 32 criteria. The content of its offer, the availability of its catalog, the skills of its trainers, its organizational processes and the implementation of a business, educational and legal watch ... everything was evaluated. "We were audited for two and a half days at our French sites in Toulouse, Saclay and Bordes. Our certification is now valid for three years,” said Sermadiras.
While most of its activity is focused on developing skills within the group's companies or at Safran University, Safran Engineering Services also works on behalf of clients outside the group. "We support Safran with training in project and program management, Green Belts, continuous improvement tools and methods, systems engineering and software development, but also in the use of management tools, product design and virtual reality. Externally, we also work at the National School of Civil Aviation (ENAC), we train users to whom we distribute BETA CAE Systems or XATIS software…” explained Sermadiras. "We adapt to the needs of our customers, we design the content from A to Z. We can organize face-to-face training, but also remotely as is the case at the moment, or even create eLearnings to go 100% digital,” concluded Sermadiras.
