Safran Ventilation Systems distinguished as one of Airbus Helicopters’ top suppliers
On Tuesday, June 20, Airbus Helicopters presented Safran Ventilation Systems with a supplier award in recognition of the company’s performance and the progress plans it has implemented for support and services.
The “Best Performer in Service & Support” award was presented to Safran Ventilation Systems during the ceremony organized by Airbus Helicopters at the Paris Air Show on Tuesday, May 20 2017. It acknowledges the company’s sustained performance levels and its constant commitment to implementing progress plans concerning its support activities and services.
“Of the four award categories – Supplier Relationship Management, Industrial Performance, Innovation and Customer Support & Services – it is in this last one that we were prizewinners. It’s immensely satisfying”, comments Bruno Bergoend, President of Safran Ventilation Systems. “We received this award because of our reliability, repair speed and excellent technical support for the manufacturer’s commercial programs. This also rewards the work we do as a team on a daily basis and our constant attention to satisfying our customers. We are and will remain a key and loyal partner for Airbus Helicopters”, he stated when accepting the trophy on stage.
