Safran Seats welcomes six high school girls for the 8th edition of "Feminizing the aerospace industry".
On Thursday, January 19, our site in Issoudun (Indre) once again welcomed six high school girls in their second year at the Lycée Balzac d'Alembert.
The purpose of this visit is to encourage vocations and convince young women that there is a place for them in the aeronautics industry.
After a tour of the site, the students, accompanied by their mentors, were able to discover different professions and talk about their daily lives at Safran Seats : activities, work environment, as well as their career paths and training.
The ball is now in the students' court! They have a few weeks to finalize their project as part of the national competition "Feminizing the aerospace industry", for which the prizes will be awarded at the Paris Air Show in June 2023!
