Safran Seats has been selected by Airbus to provide its latest generation of short & medium range economy and business class solutions as SFE seats (Supplier Furnished Equipment) for the A220 Family. Safran Seats is proud of this achievement that demonstrates the strong and trustful relationship binding Airbus and Safran Seats on this platform. By joining the Airbus A220 SFE catalog, both products are made available in predefined, pre-qualified and pre-certified Airbus layouts and catalogue configurations, simplifying and shortening the selection and delivery lead times for airlines. A most appreciated benefit in today’s context.

Z110i is a versatile and most efficient Economy class solution for short and medium range flights. It is equipped with a large range of pre-certified options allowing to cover a wide range of applications and airline preferences. Designed for efficiency, it comes at a light weight, is available in short lead times and with a reduced parts count for ease of maintenance and enhanced reliability. Moreover, available across the most popular single aisles aircraft platforms, it provides airlines with an opportunity to deliver a fully consistent offering across their fleet.

Z600 is an elegant Business Class solution providing an exclusive comfort and living space thanks to its unique cradling motion kinematic. The seats also benefits from a full range of optional comfort, privacy and convenience features, including and electrically powered motion, that will enhance passenger experience even further. Its optimized weight and new, original visual identity will satisfy airlines keen to control costs and enhance their brand image.

Both seats are also available as BFE seats on the platform and were selected by Breeze Airways to equip its Airbus A220 and Embraer E190/195. Launch customer for those products on both platforms, Breeze Airways is a US new airlines due to begin its operations in 2021.
