Safran recognized for the quality of its after-sales support
Once again this year, Safran is one of Airbus' top after-sales suppliers. Safran Electrical & Power, specialized in electrical systems, took 5th place; Safran Nacelles obtained 7th place.
This ranking follows Airbus' 2024 annual survey of the quality of customer support of its 50 priority suppliers. It is the result of two assessments: the rating of 225 Airbus customer airlines, and the rating of Airbus through operational and commercial performance indicators.

I would like to thank our customers for their trust and loyalty, as well as our teams who work hard every day to maintain an excellent level of service and close proximity to the field. We are continuing to roll out our improvement plans, in a very difficult supply chain context that is not yet enabling us to achieve the level of operational performance we would like to see," said Vincenzo Guerriero, Vice President Customer Support & Services, Safran Electrical & Power.
