Safran ranked second best employer in Tunisia!
Safran in Tunisia has been certified as one of the Best Places to Work: it has come second in the general ranking and first among manufacturers, recognized as one of the best employers in Tunisia for 2022. Congratulations to the teams who strive to reconcile performance and benevolence.
On May 9, Safran Tunisia was awarded "Best Places to Work" certification by the institute of the same name. The Group, which operates in Tunisia through Safran Aerosystems, Safran Cabin and Safran Seats, was ranked second best employer in the country, as well as top manufacturer in the same ranking.
A BALANCE BETWEEN PERFORMANCE AND WELL-BEING AT WORK
To draw up this ranking, "Best Places to Work" sends out a questionnaire to the employees of each evaluated company. They must answer 36 questions on various topics related to the work environment, including management, HR practices, salary, benefits and relations between colleagues.
"Safran Tunisia is a great human adventure! We have always placed our employees at the heart of everything we do and we constantly strive to ensure that our teams are able to flourish in an environment that promotes well-being at work. This award is excellent recognition of our initiatives and will encourage us to go even further."
"This award shows that our initiatives have been heard and appreciated. Women and men are the driving force behind Safran Tunisia's business. Thanks to our HR policy, we have succeeded in striking a balance between our performance objectives and employee well-being. This is a delicate equation that requires the commitment of all our teams on a daily basis."
