Safran Nacelles Technical Review Meeting 2017

T700 Thrust Reverser TRM (Technical Review Meeting) was successfully held in Beijing on June 6^th, 2017.

Safran Nacelles team which includes the T700 engineering leader and program manager coming from the UK, shared with the Chinese customers a lot of valuable and updated information of  this program. The meeting was attended by all Safran Nacelles major customers in China, including Air China, China Eastern, China Southern, Hainan Airlines and Sichuan Airlines. Airbus representative also attended this major event of the year.

The meeting was highly appreciated by the participants. “TRM is a very good face to face communication opportunity –Airlines & Safran Nacelles, Airlines & Airlines. Hoping more technical communications with Safran Nacelles in future.” commented Ameco engineers after the meeting. Terry O’LEARY, Safran Nacelles Customer Support Engineering Leader, adds:“It was a really worthwhile trip and I personally learnt a lot from being there seeing the size of the market, meeting the customers, hearing their issues and challenges and meeting all the hard working Safran team in China at last. I really believe we can now build on the relationship we have with the customers as a team”.
