Safran Nacelles awarded for outstanding support to American airline Republic Airways

Travis Mowery, Republic Airways MRO Services Manager was on site at the repair station of Safran Nacelles Services Americas, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, to present these awards, to Alain Berger, Safran Nacelles’ Support and Services Vice President, and Ryan Brady, Director of Customer Support and Field Service Engineer. These awards acknowledge the professionalism and commitment of the entire team dedicated to its clients in the United States, France, the United Arab Emirates and China.

Alain Berger shared, "Through these two awards for services rendered in 2021, we are proud and honoured to receive Republic Airways acknowledgement that they can count on Safran Nacelles. This is the result of our collective work dedicated to customer satisfaction. We will continue to focus on meeting the expectations of Republic Airways as well as of all our customers."

Safran Nacelles Services Americas is located at Plainfield next to the Indianapolis Airport and to Republic Airways base of operations. Such proximity offers Safran Nacelles the possibility to quickly go on their customer’s site to deliver support by answering technical questions or by checking the equipment directly under the wing, alongside the company’s maintenance operators. This close relationship is of particular importance when the airline experiences AOG incidents.
