Safran moves up the ranking of favorite companies for engineers
International polling firm Universum, which specializes in employer branding, has published its 2019 ranking of the most attractive companies for professionals who graduated from engineering schools in France.
Continuing to inspire engineers
In 2018, Safran ranked sixth in the Universum survey of the most attractive employers for engineers. This year, we’ve moved up to fifth place,* reflecting our growing appeal with this category of professionals.
As well as innovation, which we know is a priority, the 2019 poll reveals that workplace environment, work-life balance, meaningfulness of assignments and corporate values are key criteria when engineers choose an employer.

Earlier this year, Safran came fourth in the Universum survey of the most attractive companies for engineering students.
*The Universum ranking is based on a survey of 11,511 professionals in two fields: graduates of business schools and graduates of engineering schools.
