The evening kicks off with speeches by Monsieur Maurice Gourdault-Montagne, French Ambassador to China, and Monsieur Axel Cruau, French Consul General in Shanghai. Coming to the stage next are Monsieur Jean-Luc Doublet, Senior Vice President of Safran ,COMAC & AVIC aircraft programs, as well as the General Managers of Safran subsidiaries in China - Turbomeca, Snecma, Messier-Bugatti-Dowty and Morpho. Their professional perspectives and gripping narratives cast light on the group’s century-old innovation and commanding presence in Chinese markets.

The gala reaches its crescendo with an original quick-response session where journalists are jumping on questions in Safran’s WeChat official account and brandishing Safran-themed berets as trophies.
