Safran hosts a summer internship social in Texas
A Safran initiative has brought together interns from North Texas for a Summer Social – a fun-filled and educational day that included plant tours led by company ambassadors and human resources leaders, a question-and-answer session with Safran leaders, along with networking opportunities. The event was organized by Safran’s North America Talent Management team.
Safran’s Summer Socials are designed to provide early career employees an opportunity to learn about Safran products and technologies – with a behind-the-scenes look at Safran industrial sites, and to connect them with leadership and their peers.
Plants toured on June 20 by U.S. interns and participants in the French V.I.E International internship program included Safran Electrical & Power in Denton and Safran Seats in Gainesville.
Safran Electrical & Power’s Denton facility is dedicated to the production of wire harnesses and panels for a variety of commercial and military airplanes and helicopters. Gainesville-based Safran Seats undertakes the design, manufacture, certification and assembly of its passenger seat product line for airlines around world.
