Safran Engineering Services receives the Boeing Performance Excellence Award
The Safran Engineering Services Everett Team was just awarded the Boeing Performance Excellence Award (BPEA) for the third time and received the visit of the newly appointed President, Valentin Safir.
“As the new leader of Safran Engineering Services, it is encouraging to meet team members that are so proud of their work and recognized by our customers,” said Valentin Safir during its visit in the USA. In Everett, Safran Engineering Services designs all of the Formboards for the Boeing sustaining commercial programs such as Boeing 737, 747, 767, and 777, as well for the development programs such as the 737 MAX, 767 Tanker and the new 777X.
The Boeing Performance Excellence Award is the airframer’s official program that recognize suppliers who achieve the high performance standards necessary to meet customer expectations and remain competitive in the global economy. “This recognition is the reward of 13 years of hard work of the Everett team and the incentive to continue paving the road to continuous improvement, high quality and complete customer satisfaction,” stated Ricardo Varela Safran Engineering Services Americas General Manager.
