Safran employees in the USA gift a colorful new playground to a local elementary school
On September 13, Safran Cabin’s non-profit foundation Give & Grow organized a playground makeover at Whittier Elementary School in Everett, WA (USA). This marks Give & Grow’s second project in Washington.
More than 80 volunteers—including Safran employees from various local Safran sites and their families—spent the day enhancing the school’s campus with a creative touch. They painted vibrant murals on the playground walls, added fresh designs to the sports court, decorated the staircase with a colorful rainbow, and created a welcoming multilingual mural celebrating the diversity of Whittier Elementary.

The smiles and excitement of the children as they stepped outside after class were deeply rewarding for the volunteers. This project highlights how partnerships between schools and businesses can positively influence students' educational experiences.
