To effectively meet the customer's availability requirements, this PBL contract relies on the use of software to simulate its operational activity, in order to offer high-performance, optimized services in the right place, at the right time and at the right cost.
Thanks to this new customized service, Safran Electronics & Defense ensures that the helicopter fleet of the French Gendarmerie and Customs is optimized in terms of equipment stock, logistics and repair.
"We are honored by Babcock France's renewed confidence in our service solutions and in our teams. Innovative and personalized, PBL contracts enable us to move up the service value chain by providing additional and differentiating functions perfectly adapted to our customers' specific needs."
"As a long-standing partner of Babcock France for the support of government helicopter fleets, Safran has been able to listen attentively and propose an innovative solution that guarantees operational efficiency for customers, while keeping maintenance costs under control. We will continue to support the French government's fleet of H135 helicopters more robustly and under optimum conditions."
