Safran Electrical & Power receives Airbus Supplier of the Year award for its customer support & service for electrical systems
For the second year in a row, Airbus has awarded Safran Electrical & Power with the Supplier of the Year award, which recognizes excellence in customer service for customer support on electrical generation and distribution systems.
This award, which recognizes Safran Electrical & Power as one of Airbus’s best after-sales suppliers, was received at the International Paris Air Show. The award is based on three feedback received by: the airline operating Airbus fleet, the Airbus teams in charge of support and supplier management, and operational performance indicators.
“Over the past three years, we have progressively moved up in the ranking of Airbus' best suppliers. Our teams have made significant efforts to improve our performance and products, which are reflected by the outcome of the evaluations. On the top of our continuous improvement for operational excellence, our customer support representatives are on the ground, listening to the customer, in order to guarantee a high level of responsiveness and provide solutions that meet customer needs. We are also preparing the future for new services that will soon enhance our electrical distribution product – former Zodiac Aerospace - , with the intention of applying same standards and mindset,” said Vincenzo Guerriero, Director of Customer Support & Services at Safran Electrical & Power.
