Safran, the best employer in the world in its sector according to Forbes!

Last June and July, 160,000 employees from 58 different countries and multiple companies were asked by Statista to anonymously respond to a questionnaire to measure their level of satisfaction with their employer and whether they would recommend the employer to others. Respondents were also asked to rate other employers that would stand out positively or negatively in their sector. Safran was cited by respondents from 23 countries!

With image, leadership, atmosphere, working conditions, salary, talent development, gender equality, social responsibility and more, many topics were discussed in order to have the most comprehensive overview possible.

After analysis of the respondents' answers, the 750 companies with the highest scores were selected for the list of the world's best employers. Samsung, Amazon and IBM form the top trio and many players in the IT sector are at the top of the ranking. In the aerospace and defense sector, Safran is in the lead and has climbed to 52^nd place in the overall ranking.

After finishing 4th in the Capital ranking of the best employers in France in March 2020, Safran sees this new announcement as a reflection of the daily work of the internal teams, particularly in terms of human resources, to further improve the employee experience. Above all, it is a tremendous encouragement for these teams to continue the exciting work of supporting employees throughout their career by giving them the keys they need to progress within the Group and to flourish in a stimulating work environment that guarantees a good life balance.
