Safran Aero Boosters at Farnborough Airshow 2022
After being cancelled in 2020 due to the health crisis, Farnborough Airshow is back on the global airshow scene. Safran Aero Boosters was there!
Farnborough Airshow is the world's second largest air show after Le Bourget. Every two years, it welcomes the civil and military aeronautics industry. Nearly 100,000 visitors shared their passion for a week, from July 18 to July 22, 2022, and more than 1,500 exhibitors were present.
The Farnborough Airshow is an important event for Safran Aero Boosters. François Lepot, Jean-Marc Delaunoy, Bryan Guillemin, Bruno Michel, Karl-Stefan Ferette, Sandrine Govaert, Philippe Minot, Yves Berger, Marc Monfort, Hossein Abou Messaoud, Maxime Constant, Raphaëlle Widart, Mathieu Louveau and Manon Hick came to London to meet our customers and maintain existing business relationships.
Safran Aero Boosters also had a stand on the Belgian pavilion. Organized by Agoria, the Belgian pavilion brought together Belgian companies in the civil and military aeronautics sector.
On Tuesday, July 19, the Belgian pavilion celebrated Belgian Day! For the occasion, the industrial companies welcomed Mr. Bruno van der Pluijm, Belgian ambassador to the United Kingdom, but also Moustapha Assahraoui (FIT), Patrica Weyts Foreign (AWEX), Marc Andries (VLAIO), Eric Sleeckx (VLAIO) as well as Renaat Schroote (FPS Economy).
The Belgian Day ended with a drink at the SAB stand with a speech by the ambassador and François Lepot, CEO of Safran Aero Boosters.
