Safran - the 59th best company in the world according to TIME!

On September 12, TIME published the results of its ranking of the world's best employers: "World's Best Companies 2023".

To create its list, TIME joined forces with Statista, which anonymously interviewed almost 150,000 employees in 58 countries. Participants were asked to evaluate their employer according to three criteria: employee satisfaction (working conditions, salary, gender equality, atmosphere), the company's financial health, and its environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG, or sustainability). They were also asked to estimate how prepared they would be to recommend their employer to their friends, and to evaluate other companies in their business sector, which they consider noteworthy, either from a positive or negative perspective.

The top 750 companies from a variety of business sectors (IT, automotive industry, banking and financial services, health, etc.) were included in the ranking.

Safran is the 59th best company in the global ranking, and top company in the aerospace and defense industry. This excellent result recognizes the Group’s policy to be an exemplary and responsible employer.
